The gas pedal stop was removed and reattached with heavy duty, large head rivets. It was also reinforced from the reverse side with washers. All of the pieces were stripped of oxidation, polished and sprayed with a silicone preservative. The board was sanded, primered, and has about 5 layers of Rustoleum 2X Ultra Satin Black.
