Do a "who is" search for Bookoo.com. No one would voluntarily run around with that vinyl on their window unless they owned the domain. IIRC, it is an online 'yard sale' site.

Interesting. At least in CA, most of the listed covered areas are near military installations. And "Boo Koo"? Can't even spell "beaucoup"?
