I'm in Fresno and I'm bored. Are there any self service wrecking yards in or near Fresno that are worth going to? Even if I don't find a 914, I need some parts for my van

yeah I go to the pick n pull off of Jensen which is just off the 99. I was suppose to go there today too. If your really bored go browse the dan gamel rv indoor supercenter.

Hey if your really, really bored get on Bullard off of the 41 and go west over Blackstone to see this old 911 I found sitting in this guys driveway. If your still bored after that keep going west on Bullard past Palm and look for the 914-6 sitting on the North/Right side of the road in the driveway. Maybe this map will help.

haven't heard.. I don't know 914 rust well enough to do it, I was just wanting to tag along. If I go to pick-n-pull, I'll post my cell number in the other thread so I can be reached while I'm out and about. Thanks for the fresno info cabasa!

Your welcome. Oh and I was wrong it's called "Camp America" they have retired guys dressed as rangers greeting you at the door. They have some cool motorcycles in there as well. Cruise up and down Blackstone there's a cool classic car shop on the East side of the road I usually hit. I know it's off topic of what you asked, but your bored.

Jkeyzer: Julie's orientation for the home study credential program. It was 8-5 today.
I went to the pick-n-pull, no 914s. Only porsche was a 924. There was a surprisingly complete 71 MGB though, but nothing I needed. I managed to get a part for my van though

Heh that MGB was there the last time I went. I fished out a GTI tranny and a Rear disk conversion for my Jetta. I once found a 914 with a Chalon kit on it at that place. I ended up getting the trunk lid with the huge tail.
