Not sure if this belongs in the Garage but I can't post in Restorations so here it is. I'm looking to replace the carpet on a 72. I see a Polyester loop that looks similar to what I have in it now and also see a Perlon carpet. Can anyone shed some light on the difference and what I might want?? Thanks

Not really sure of the differences. 914Rubber has replacement carpet and Mikey is a great guy to work with.

And he has the rubber trim for the grommets and peddles. A big plus for making it look right.

I ordered this kit in late July from this supplier. It's now late August and no carpet. Not a problem as I don't need it right now except for the fact he won't respond to my numerous phone calls to check the status. My Visa bill came and I'm already being charged for it. Whiskey,Tango,Foxtrot???

I wanted tan carpet so my only option was German wool. It took three weeks and it was not cheap but I'm very happy. BTW I got from Autos International
