What's the widest tire size that can be used on a 15x 7 wheels?

What tire? I'm sure you could fit a 225 but a 205 would be better.

I am not sure yet, but need something wide for my flares.
I was thinking 265 60 15

I would do 225s with spacers. Anything bigger than that is too much for a 7" wheel. Find some 8s.

I use 195/65/15 on the front on 15x7
205/60/15 in the rear
I have massaged the fenders to fit...
