Looking for a PCV valve for a 2.0.
Its the one right on the oil tower. (74 FI 2.0)
Looking for a complete one: working or clocked.

NLA for many years. You might try soaking yours in PB Blaster and see if it will free the valve up. You will hear it slide back and forth if it is working.
