Thx Jamie, I've read yours a couple of times but my 110V welder nor myself are up to that. You can tell from my welds on the 1/4" stuff going on my cradle. Lots of beveling and extras passes.

Wow! Thx, Chris. Just what I was looking for. I shot an email off to Ian and will await a reply upon his return. Question Chris; what is the thickness on the rear cover plate? I can make that myself.

Looks like 3/16, or just a shade under 5mm.
