i got a pair of doorhandles off evilbay, and put them on my car. they came with only one key so i went to my local friendly lock and key place, to get another key made. sh new exactly what the key was for.....and apperently i have bad lock cylinders....alot of play in them!

anyone have cylinders like this...what abou the aftermarket ones...any good

It's been a while, but I have bought new OE lock cylinders from Stoddard before. Plug n' play.

Keep the extra tumblers from your donor locks to use in rekeying the replacement door locks to match your ignition key. It is easier to rekey everything else on the car to match the ignition. (At least on a 914-6 or 911, where the ignition lock is a beotch to disassemble).
