With the advent of recent fires I think we should do the Ortega Run. The rendezvous point is the Home Depot parking lot in Lake Elsinor. The Home Depot is located on Lake Shore at the intersection of the 15 and 74/Ortega Hi way/Central exit, NW quadrant. It's visible when you exit the 15.
Let's meet up 0600, depart 0615. Make our run thru the pass. Then run up to the Irvine Cars n Coffee and/or have breakfast at Denny's at the Ortega/5 intersection. Then the return leg. Eric, this is your opportunity to tailgate the Harley s . All teeners are welcome. Come join in the insanity

Make it a "noon patrol" run and I'll be there.

I haven't looked where, but there are a few closures due to the fires. You may want to make sure your route is open.

Wow, no more Denny's. The road is closed until the 10th so we can either postpone or do the Rice Canyon/Palomar Mt. Run. Opinions from other DP's or those that "plan" on going???

I may be in, I lost cylinder 3 idle yesterday but I suspect it's a blocked jet. If I can get it back I'll be in.

Apparently idle jets don't work well when they are entirely blocked... Who knew?
