My car has had some mods for a custom short shifter. I am guessing the threaded bosses forward of the speednuts in the pic below are the original shifter mounts. The rear area was cut out for the mod, and there about 1/2" of side-to-side play with the shifter bolted to the front mounts so Im not exactly sure where to put the mount for the rear bolt. Does anyone have a good picture and/or measurements for where the rear mount should line up?
Car is a '71 converted to sideshift. I have all of the SS parts, I just want to make sure I get the shifter bolted up correctly.
