damn!!! My retirement investiment of full gas tanks is going down hill quick! Might as well start driving more to burn off the more expensive gas before it drops more in value just sitting in my tank, yet making a bigger still loss in investment! Vroom, Vroom!!!
$2.11/US Gal. for reg. 87 octane in Redwood City CA.
Happy days again, was near $2.80 / gal arounds here not too long ago. Still too much though.

93 octane is $1.899 here at Redners (local chain). Other stations
around Redners also fight for prices. About 10 miles away where
I live the price is $203.9 for 93. It pays to shop around.
Sometimes, not often, I think about where my money is going
when I fill my tank. It's kinda strange to think that 1/3 of the gas
that I purchase comes from the Middle East. We need to find an
alternative fuel now!

You all have that right, they will price it at whatever we will pay. If they raised it to 3 bucks a gallon and we all stopped buying, do you think they would hold the price up there? However, we all drive a lot and rely on it too much. So they got us by the balls. Can you say Monopoly? Or legal extorsion? What are gonna do??

I drive my 914 more and more now (weather permitting)
i like the 32 to 35 mpg I get on the highway. I guessthat is the kind of cars we need. I don't care what powers them fuel cells or what . my 2 cents Dave
