What is the difference between 1.7 and 2.0 headers ??

Is it possible to fit 2.0 headers on a 1.7 Engine ?

Can i fit stainless 2.0 headers on a 1.7 Engine ?

Yes they are interchangeable but if you use 1-7 headers (heat exchangers) you have to also match the muffler with a 1.7 or 1.8

Paul said it right. I'll add that you will need the muffler hanger too . The two litre has a larger inside diameter.

I want to use 2.0 Stainless headers on 1.7 Engine.
Do i have to use a special muffler ?
I will not use a original but a "Dansk" muffler. dual outlet pipes.

Uh, we both just answered that question. One more time. If you use a 2l header you must use a 2l muffler and hanger.
