1500 if single stage.
Base/clear is the same BUT you need to respray that area. Not that bad, but not good either.

Valspar 327 single stage, 8:1 activator,w/ 172HP reducer 15%
Factory L80E Light Ivory
The swarm came and we stopped...
Turns out the door alignment issue was a couple of runs on the body side of the door mounts and having paint/primer on the inner side of the door hinge
Amazing how bad .050" of shim/crud will make a door align...

Love garage paintjobs!
That's the downside to painting at night. Easier to deal with the heat and doesn't attract as many onlookers, but you need even better lighting. The more lighting, the more bugs. The more bugs, the more times you have to respray.
Looks good though Keith!

Sanded out, got another quart of paint
Rebuilt painters gun, had bad o-ring on the air metering pin, that was causing paint to pulse, 8-10 seconds of spray anda 1-2second pause in the sprayer.
Added some furnace filters across the bottom of the garage door. Like baseball..
One run, one drip one bug and no sags. Acceptable. Had a touch more fisheye on the deck lids and some overspray that landed on some of the panels painted a half an hour earlier
Wet sanded with 1000, then 1200 and finished off with 2000.
Had professional wheel man (full time job)come over to finish buffing it out.
I'm happy with what I got, one small dent in the rear lid. Wheel man said PDR (paintles dent removal could fix, no problem.
Painters issues first time around, gun wasn't quite working right, kept thinking it was paint/mix/reducer. And then the bug invasion came.
Round one of painting, got in hurry, started late, started spraying an hour after dark and the bugs came.
His hissy fit comprised of several four letter words, repeatedly. And proceeding to throw every paper towel he could find.
Round two went much better, repaired gun, putting a regulator on gun (replacing a needle valve. And painting an hour before sunset
Can't wait to start bolting parts on
