I called this part the wrong name. I would to know how to restore the front guide railClick to view attachment

I think it is anodized aluminum.

some carefully use oven cleaner to remove anodize from wheels??

technically correct maybe...but how about 'door window post'? Was not obvious looking at that photo.

To restore it will require removal of the hard anodize finish, repair of scratches and blemishes and then re-anodizing.
Check with the companies that restore Fuchs wheels.
Or Pauls Chrome plating in Pa.
