2.0 S pitstons, T cams, 40 IDA Webers, carrera tensioners.
does any of this add any performance to the engine?

Been a while since I played with 6's,,,
S pistons ,,, maybe a bit more compression
T cams ,,, not so much ,,, s cams fun...
Tensioner better for engine,,, performance no
40's ... Appropriate size for specs
Nice street engine if in good shape...

S pistons produce a higher compression ratio, which T cams aren't meant to handle well. They work OK (just), though. Gives a better bottom end. You really need to know the valve and port configuration to determine what would be best.

T cams are not really an upgrade over any other cam. Unless you have no cams.

That's all the info I have on my engine . PO says it was rebuilt with the info that've posted. Hats the only data he has. I just wanted to know what it means for the engine, thanks for the info
