Where is the Cdi unit mounted onthe engine compartment?

If you're talking a /6, it's mounted on a bracket on the battery tray. I believe someone here did a repop of them.
My first six I mounted it on the firewall.
My second six, I don't use one.
My third six has it mounted in the trunk, passenger side behind the wheelhouse.
