Unbeknownst to me until a parental permission request came through, my son, @milo32, submitted his 1975 914 1.8 for a Forza Motorsport article. The result is the following story which describes the effort Miles put in to purchase the car. 914world gets a shout-out too.

Pretty proud of the boy. He definitely hustled for the car; he even found a free lawnmower someone had kicked to the curb and he then sold it on Craig's.

Thought you all might enjoy the read. Car still has some work to be done, but it's coming along.
