Ok, from what I remember, they are different in the way the window riser mechanism attaches to the glass.

The question is can he swap the glass....figuring the brackets for the swap would need to be moved over....by magic....

No, the glass is different at the bottom.

Different where it connects to the lift mechanism, and even fits differently against the top.

Numbers 5 and 18 in the window glazing section. Tinting was also an option.
