I've been watching the SCCA site waiting for the 2005 Solo II Rules and Regulations to come out. They're not available yet, but this was just posted. I thought some of the racers might want to get a copy.

Yes, SCCA decided to make the GCR a publicly available document and include the price of one in every race license renewal. That way we get a hard copy with our license but we don't have to wait for renewal, or order one special, to read the new rules.
