I bought a box of 914 parts and this was in the box. I thought it was a 914 cigarette lighter but in looking at parts lists, it's a different shape body. What do you think this comes from?

No part#'s printed on it anywhere? Looks like it is from a VW Bug.
I don't think VW bug ever had a backlit lighter assy. Looks like a universal from the FLAPS
