No. That said, there's a number of factory designs for the lid.

The mesh material is not the deciding factor, it is the beveled lip on the forward part of the engine lid Click to view attachment

GMS, I noticed that the diamond mesh is oriented forward in the above picture, instead of side to side. Was that always the case ? Nevermind, the shot is rotated.
