Can you still use the stock window winders with an Autopower roll cage with the doors closed?
What about stock under dash AC??
I noticed some people going to electric windows when using a roll cage.
Is it a problem??

The bolt in.
I already have the roll bar and I was thinking about adding the front cage.

I've got the U-Weld, but my windows are gone, too.

Thanks Sean!
Can you tell if it would hit the window winders if they were there?

Thanks Howard!!
I just thought of something else.
I wonder if it would clear the under dash AC??
I'm also planning on adding the AC some day.
I just thought the car would be a little safer on the street with a full cage.

IMHO, cages in street 914s are a bad idea.
get Engman's stiffening kit for added strength without a head basher.

I agree.
If I can't put padding around area's where my head would hit I won't install it.
My car is stiff enough.
I'm just looking for more crash protection.

That's why I removed mine. If you do it, at least get 5 point belts.
