Hi All,
I'm having a fuel issue with my 75 FI 2.0. Am only getting about 14psi fuel pressure. Checked the voltage at the fuel pump and it's only receiving 6 volts. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Rob

Check how much power you have at pin 30 of the fuel pump relay on the board.

this 30 I think?

but how do you test it with relay out?

Most likely any connection point is the issue:
The relay.
The fuse. Spin the fuse to see if it helps. Measure the voltage at the fuse on both sides of the fuse holder, not the fuse.
RnR all the connectors; Remove and Replace.

When I had my engine out, I inspected the relay board and found 2.5 ohms resistance between pin 30 of the fuel pump relay socket and the left side of the rear fuse. Corrosion under the head of the rivet. Wire brushed it well, cleaned with alcohol, and soldered. No more resistance and fuel pump works fine. Some have found corrosion also under the fuse connections on the bottom of the relay board. To repair that, you will need to remove the tar and do the same as above to the rivet for the fuse holders, then apply some kind of protective film over the repair.
