As I was removing my last exhaust stud, it decided to crack the aluminum head where it screws in. I had it re welded and they welded the hole shut. Does anyone know how to mount the head to a mill so the exhaust stud points straight up? Anyone know the X-Y coordinate of where the studs are relative to each other?

Take the exchanger with you. The shop should be able to use it as a jig to get up the mill.
