That car is in much worse shape than a parts car I paid $50 bucks for.
Why would someone put 75 bumpers on a 74? I am thinking he really doesnt know what he has there.

They musta been lookin at the door jamb sticker that indicated a late 1974 production date and thought it was a 1974 huh....
