Hello
On this winter I have started to build a new engine.

The Goal is 2.7 l flat 4 engine with 44 Weber and max. Power

horizontal Fan from the 911( The Paperfan on this Picture is only for looking biggrin.gif )

For this I had the paneling around the engine rebuild in fiberglass.

The engine cover should fit well and be beautiful.

loking here( I hope you understand my and my English.)

For a 2.7 T4, it will be way lighter than the 2.7 6 cyl.

First I had an oil cooler, rear right next to the Gearbox. Was not bad, but the hot air from the heat exchangers is not really top.

Now I have installed the oil cooler in front and is all good. The oil Temperature never goes above 110 ° C degree

No the Fan shroud is from a Germany Faktory . His Name ist "Orratech" He has a Horizontal Fan for a T4 Engine. This Factory is work for my Engine

Ok the 6 engine is a fine thing but very very expensive here.
Another problem we have here in Germany.
I've written that we have in Germany the TÜV. (Technical Inspection Association) The problem is when rebuilding the engine on 6 Zylinden one must also convert the whole suspension ... otherwise you do not get approval. When tuning with the T4 engine which is much easier.

Performance with T 4 engine is not a problem.
Last year i have a 2.4 T4 engine installed wis ca 160PS Horsepower.
Was already looks good to drive here ...
