OK I'm stuck in the boonies without a garage and want a place to start working on my 914. I dont want to sink $25K into a permited garage.

I'm thinking of pouring a cement pad and mounting a temporary garage structure of some kind. Anyone have ideas tips etc?

my buddy built a wood frame / fabric structure to live in while building his house on Last Chance Road. Big tent with DSL...

My advise it that if you pour concrete, you need a building permit and you will get taxed on the new "structure" becuase concrete is considered perminent.

Go with race deck for the floor (it is used at alot of tracks with alot of happy people)

Then get the tent and have fun.

Yep, no property taxes with a tent. Here is the flooring.

If you are located near a port many ports are overwhelmed with Cargo Storage containers of all sizes.
See if any are available in your area.

Thanks for this link I have been thinking about ocean containers. They are just a bit narrow, but with some fabrication It might be the ticket.
