I have 4 re-furbished 4 lug Fuchs. They are presently mounted. I don't have photos as I was going to wait until I had the tires off. Here is a shot of them on my car. If you are interested I will dismount them and take some photos. I can't do it for a couple of weeks if you can wait. I will take $600 for the 4 and could deliver them to Sun Valley for gas money. I have caps (not in great shape but OK) and lug bolts.
