Do they come with rubber? Are they the correct ball seat for our usual lugs?

They do come with rubber but the tires really should be considered as viable rollers only. They are the correct ball seat for our 5 lug rims. These rims looked great on my 914 I just needed wider rims to fill my 9" flares. This is a great value for these rims! Don't miss out!!! PM with questions. Thanks for looking.
