I guess in this world there are winners and losers...

I spoke to the seller a few days ago and decided to pass on it.
He told me that the car sagged so bad when two people sat in it that the doors wouldn't open.
He then had a shop weld steel plates across the longs to support them.
It stopped the sagging, but a very poor excuse for a sound fix.
If something looks too good to be true, well then you know the rest.
