I want remove an early window regulator so I can clean and lube the regulator but I am stuck at trying to get the glass out.
I have removed the 2 screws attaching bottom of glass to regulator and the screw at end of window cap.

What am I missing ?

I have the factory description in my triangle window seal thread. I'm on my mobile so cutting and pasting is a pain. Might find what you need there.

It should slide out one of the ends. You have to take the hard rubber end cap off of the top and the one by the door handle. That is what will give you the play. Also, I pulled the outside scraper completely off, it goes back in fairly easy. WD-40

Make sure the little rollers and washers dont fly everywhere! (Front guide/support.)
