I could be wrong and pardon me if I am wrong, but I'm not sure this poster is a 914 enthusiast. It appears his videos are meant to make money on youtube by getting as many views as possible. The advert at the beginning is cha-ching in his pocket. The 914 is only one of many he's made.

Well done, nice graphics, scene changes and audio. Santa Cruz mountain roads...luv 'em. Por-sha is a 2 syllable word...

Actually I'm a huge 914 enthusiast. I have owned three 914's since 1995 and I'm currently looking for another one.

Glad you guys like the video!

Here's a picture of my driveway back in 2001, just to prove to everyone that I am a Porsche 914 enthusiast...These were all ours except for one and we had another 3 or 4 behind our garage.

Thanks! No plans to make any carbon for the 914...but I have always had an idea in mind that I might go forward with if I get one soon.
In general, I think carbon looks good on newer sports cars, not older cars like the 914.

Not bad, If I ever get off my butt, I have a 914 video coming soon, And he is part of this forum...Me 2 lol-2.gif

Lane, very nicely done ..... you can profile my car anytime! happy11.gif

Actually, and I don't know if he's up for it, but Jeff Bowlsby and his Bumblebee would be a perfect candidate for a profile. Just a thought ...

BTW, the 914 and your video were highlighted here:

Thank you! Did I see your car at Canepa cars and coffee last summer? I talked to a guy that had a 1973 2.0 with painted sails just like yours...the car was really clean!

I would love to profile some other 914s. It would be cool to get a group of 914's together an make a little video about 914 fanatics:)

Hmmm, that's interesting. I was Canepa several times last year. This is my car at Canepa last October. I remember talking to a few folks about 914s at that meeting ..... maybe you were one of those folks?

If you do another video about the NorCal 914 scene, I'd be happy to be one of the participants. beerchug.gif
