OK I've had fun playing with the "driver" but it's time for it to go, I bought a flared roller, and McMark got my white car in the shop and ready for the new -6 sooner than I thought. So now I need to get busy and get the motor ready and in the car......no more time to play.

So it's a 1970 has a salvage title, with a '73 1.8L EC motor, has a single carb setup...and runs very well. Starts first crank, idles all day, and pulls as strong as a 1.8 with a single carb can. Doesn't leak a drop of oil....really, tranny was leaking, but thanks to McMarks angle drive fix, that leak is gone.

What I've done:

Installed a clutch tube....didn't have one. w00t.gif
New clutch and throttle cable.
Installed a muffler hanger.....didn't have one w00t.gif
Replaced the fuel tank.......old had rusted hole in bottom
Installed SS fuel lines, and new rubber lines
New passenger side tie rod end
replaced passenger rear trailing arm.....old one inside bushing was gone
New tires
Fixed tranny leak
Replaced the rusted rear trunk lid

Brakes work fine, shift linkage could use bushings, and adjusting to shift better, but keep in mind it is a project...and priced cheap for a driver. Registration is current.

Asking $2,300.00 CAR IS SOLD
