Are these plugs removable? So I can install NPT plugs. Two plugs are shown in the picture but the engine has three plugs on this side.Click to view attachment

Those actually aren't plugs, even though they look remarkably similar. I suspect they are actually the two places where molten metal was poured into the mold.
