Seen on I-5 in Lodi, yesterday about 5 pm.. Passed me at over 70.

Wasn't me. But Jim you were in Lodi and didn't stop by. 
Jeff, my wife wanted to go to Sacto and Lodi to visit friends and relatives before we head up North. So, there wasn't time left in the day for any other sidetrips.
