My brake warning light blinks continuosly. PO claims that when the fi computer was removed when he switched to carbs it started. I can hear a relay click with each blink. What can I do?

1.) Make sure the handbrake lever is contacting the switch below it to turn the light off.

2.) If at anytime the PO bled the brakes or lost brakes due to a leak, the warning switch was not reset on the master cylinder.

I believe there are two switches that can set this off. One little reset button on the side of the MC- press it. The second is the emergency brake handle switch. Usually a brown wire running under the driver seat possibly has contacted metal. If the reset button corrected the issue it may be an indication of low fluid or the MC going bad.
