Grant does not currently make a hub adapter for 914. They also only make adapters for wheels with three mounting screws. Your wheel needs a MOMO style 5 hole hub adapter. You also will need the horn button assembly and a 914 canceling ring.

I have this one for sale. There is some debate on what it fits. I know this was fitted on my 75 2.0 years ago. Just dont remember which wheel was on it back in the 80's when I drove it in College. It is stamped "Made in Italy" so I thought it was a Momo. Let me know if you think it may be correct for you. It does have a 5 bolt pattern.
