Every slotted head bolt in the fan housing is so tight I cannot get them to budge. I have PB blasted them many times and they still don't move. Any suggestions on how to get them out without rounding out the slot?

Impact driver and a slot screw bit. HF probably has the driver kit, but I wouldn't trust their bits.

I have one of them. The bit shattered with the first hit.

Thanks for the help. I realized after I looked more (and pounded on the bolts a while) that I did not need to split the fan housing. I found out that I could remove the whole housing together after removing the fan.

Thanks again.
