I am registered and plan to arrive in the afternoon. When do the activities start? When is the barbecue?

The first people will be arriving a little after noon, and it's will increase to peak arrival time around 4:00. After that it's shake hands, drink beer, and talk cars. 
The BBQ will start when McMark shows up with the BBQ
