I'm arranging a drive tomorrow from Napa to Winters. I'd like to invite the locals here to come out with us tail draggers for some fun. There'll be no rain tomorrow says the news. We meet at my house in Benicia at 10AM then go from there. We'll stop and regroup in Napa for a few minutes then head on up north onto Silverado Trail until we hit hwy 128. If you want, you can meet up with us at the strip mall on the corner of Trancas and Sosquel at 11AM. It'd be cool to drive with a couple of teeners. There'll be about 6 aircooled 911s on this drive. This is not a wine and cheese type of drive. Hope you can make it!

Wow! What an opportunity.
I love that drive. It's twisty all the way with some great straights, up and down hill.
You'll love the sharp down hill corkscrew at the jucntion turn off to Fairfield.


I'm working the carbs today.
Really need to wire the temp guage before I romp on it for any length of time.
