Full Version: Jake Raby 2056cc type 4 engine for sale
I have a Jake Raby 2056P-140 Type 4 complete long block for sale. This engine is completely built and has never been installed or started. It has been dynamically balanced by Jake Raby as well as all case work performed at his facility. I built this engine 6 years ago to be installed in my 912, but ended up selling the car. The engine comes with two completely rebuilt Solex P-111 split shaft carburetors still in the box from Air Cooled Engineering with type 4 manifolds. Definitely interesting what near a decade has done to prices. Minimum price of entry now on a Raby engine is $20k.

Yeah i just meant his basic kits. Not even him doing it.

Sounds like Jake is providing a premium product that is priced accordingly.
