I have got a bunch of relay boards, cleaned, stripped and tested. I need to coat the bottoms. I do not think Plasticote will do the job correctly. What are other options? When I was at the phone company we had all kinds of blocking compound.

I'd think about going with a 3M product. I use their stuff at work all the time. Not this particular product but it looks like it'll work.

Yes, the 3M stuff is what we used at the phone company. You have to be careful though with the resin. You need to block the holes that go through the board where the hold down clips go, alternator plug and voltage relay plug. If you do not it will run out in the clip holes and fill the plugs for the alternator and voltage plugs making them unusable.

I use this material (
