Ber coolers from Mercedes diesels work and fit well. They are about 20" long and come in height of 3, 4 or 5 inches. Thickness is 2 inches. You can fit them against the front panel but they are not flush as the panel is curved. They have 90 degree swivel fittings which are perfect for routing the lines.
Can get you a picture tomorrow.

There is an IMSA Bumper but no such thing as an IROC - that a 911

No way around it. Have to tuck it back inside the nose panel one way or another. The IMSA bumper incorporates the bumper and valance as one with not much extra room behind it.

GT Racing does make a RSR type valance for the 914 that pushes out in the opening but its not a great design and the coolers don't fit it correctly like the 911 type set up.

You might want to check the BAT website for oil coolers. They list dimensions for the different coolers, and have thermostats and other parts that are needed.
