Anyone know which spade powers what?
For instance,
53=powers/switches/grounds? High, low, parked?
53a=powers/switches/grounds? High, low, parked?
53b=powers/switches/grounds? High, low, parked?
31b=powers/switches/grounds? High, low, parked?

And I've read that the poles are powered/switched/grounded differently between late and early wiper motors....
See picture.

Thanks for that!
I'm horribly color blind btw.
Soooo,
Red/Black - Hot from fuse=53a
Green/White - Park=31b
Black/Blue - Slow=
Black/Violet - Fast=
Brown - Ground=where I have a question mark in an arrow

In theory I should be able to run a hotwire from the pins that operate the high/low for a test, right?
As an aside the pins when tested to ground read
53a=1.900 ohm
53b=.500 ohm
31b=1.100 ohm
53= .340 ohm
And I further assume the unit would have to be grounded for a hotwire test (if the test were being done for an un-installed motor)?

Use this diagram. It is shown in the OFF position.

Using the data I tested my spare both high and low work. A lil concerned about 53a only pulling 1.9 ohm on the spare :-(
But it ought to work. My current wiper motor is zero ohm at 53a so that ain't gonna flush.
Thanks again :-)
