Current range of 15-20 miles?!?!? 
Looks pretty thrashed....
So it gets upto 80, the bateries are dead, the state pooper comes along and pushes it to the side with his push bar; apparently several times by the looks of the bumpers; he gets towed home, charges the batteries again 
, goes out the next day and does it all over again. Why exactly is he selling it again?? 
He's selling a lifestyle!
Actually, if it goes cheap, it wouldn't be a bad start on an electric project. I priced out the Voltsporsche kit and it would cost about $10K plus the cost of the car.
