Which interior cleaner/protectant works best on vinyl, rubber and plastic interior pieces without leaving them too shiny or greasy.

Meguires professional #40 will give that nice satin "like new" finish.

Smells good too!
If your upholstery has sat for a while and gotten brittle, use 409 and a toothbrush to get it clean, dry it off and then coat heavily with Meguires, and let sit for a while. It soaks in and softens it up nicely.

I have been pleased with the results from 303.

MG#40 is what I would recommend. Not too shiny not too greasy. If it comes out too much of either for you just take a clean dry cloth & buff back over it.

You can't go wrong with "Vinylex"
Works great on Vinyl, Rubber and Plastic.
I use it on my concours 914 and it gives it the correct look.

Way back in the day I armouraled (sp?) my bike seat... got half a block, pulled over and rubbed gravel into it.
Hate the crap, only good for trailer queen show cars.

Tried it once on my bike seat and almost slid off of it on a turn.
