That is Pete Stout's car. He is the editor of PCA Panorama now.

Mmmm. Kind of looks like Pete Stout's car maybe? Pete was the editor of Excellence and is now in charge at Panorama I believe.

I'm guessing but I know his car was painted in Tornado Red and that looks like it
