It was a lovely day here in texas to take a little drive. We went over a big ol' lake

And past some big trees

To get to this lonely 914 sitting and rusting away

I had hooked up with Dakotawing and Big Red to get parts off this car

Big red had requests from club members for some parts. We filled as many as we could. He will be contacting the order makers. The hell hole was so bad you could pass a football through it

The floors were on the ground

Where was this one? I just picked one up in Tyler about 2 weeks ago.
Have you ever heard of Rennsports outside of Sealy? I hear they have a ton of salvaged Porsches. I'm going to try to find them next week. I'm still new to this area.

After we got the little parts it was fun time Here is the old man making a tilt nose 914. Cut this way to fill orders

We cut and hacked for a couple of hours and had a big pile of.....Parts yea thats what you call them

Like all good 94teeners we cleaned up our mess when we finished. The guy with no hair is Wes AKA big red

Here you can see where we cut out the door section to fill a request, service with a smile. not much left front to back.

Actually, the "rightful owner" was pulling in the driveway as we were pulling out and leaving for the day. After talking to him the next day, he liked our "styling" of his 914. I've still got the nose in the back of my truck...

As of 06-March the remains are still there does any one need any of this? Let me know.
