please give me a few tips. i know how to build a box and don't think even a sturdy cardboard one will be enough. have bubble wrap, scrap 1/2"ply, 2x2s, and screws. tia.

I sandwich them between two pieces of styrofoam and pack them in a cardboard box. I have a shop neighbor that makes spa covers and is a free source of scraps.

I received door glass in bubble wrap and cardboard and it was fine. Lots of tape.

The last time I shipped door glass I double boxed it with plenty of packing. It got there fine.
