Nevermind...they are claiming over 400 hp.
It has a DTA-fast ECU according to the below article so I would be highly surprised if it doesn't have traction control, launch control, and flappy paddles. Looking at the video it looks like he does have paddles (watch his hand movement behind the wheel).
DTA is one of the few companies out there which offers full paddle shift capability; I bet that is actually one of the reasons they picked it. To shift it's probably using pnuematic solenoids (HPA or CO2) and an ignition/fuel cut.

Edit: There are more details on the below site. It's a 1600 cc Hayabusa motor so it must be pretty strung out with the blower.
